Yuk Cho Tanadugshop offers a set of Yuk Cho sticks used as an external therapy in Tibetan Ku Nye. Each set has five Yuk Cho sticks (description below)
Yuk Cho (Yukcho) stick application is an important technique in Ku Nye therapy. A secret teaching up until the 19th century, and transmitted only by direct lineage – a classical Tibetan process of oral transmission from master to pupil – even today a good number of yogis personally use Yuk Cho stick therapy to look after their own health.
During long retreats, deprived of all material comforts, Yuk Cho stick therapy is one of the few means available to the yogis for self-care so that they could treat any physical ailments and energetic imbalances.
Now all TTM Ku Nye students learn how to use them.
This particular set is designed especially for all TTM students who learn Ku Nye therapy.
Before buying them please consider that it requires specialised training to use them properly, so unless you have completed the course think carefully before buying.
Each set of five Yuk Cho sticks has the following:
- 1 Large wooden ball
- 1 small wooden ball
- 1 mustard seeds in a pouch
- 1 mixed herbs in a pouch
- 1 stick for rolling and pushing
Because each set is handmade in small quantities, we take the order first. Usually shipped within a week of the order.
We usually have a few in stock, so if you need to order more than five sets please allow for the possibility that they need to be made first.
